James Ampah-Korsah is the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at FCMS Consulting. He is an experienced Certified Management Systems Auditor (CMSA), Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) and PECB Certified Platinum Trainer, specializing in a number of ISO Management Systems as Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer and Senior Lead Risk Manager.
Academically, he holds a BA in Business Studies (Accounting) and MBA (Finance).
Prior to co-founding FCMS Consulting in 2017, James has had over two decades of experience in auditing, financial management, digital transformation, risk management, corporate governance and consultancy.
His professional work over the years to date involves multinational and private organizations, oil and gas industry, NGOs, hospitality and tourism industry, professional bodies, financial institutions and government agencies.
