James Ampah-Korsah is the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at FCMS Consulting.
He is an experienced Certified Management Systems Auditor (CMSA), Certified Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) and PECB Certified Trainer, specializing in a number of ISO Management Systems as Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer and Senior Lead Risk Manager.
Academically, he holds a BA (Accounting) and MBA (Finance) respectively.
Prior to co-founding FCMS Consulting in 2017, James has had over two decades experience in auditing, financial management, digital transformation, risk management, corporate governance and consultancy.
His professional work over the years to date involves multinational and private organizations, oil and gas industry, NGOs, hospitality and tourism industry, professional bodies, financial institutions and government agencies. Follow on LinkedIn
Elizabeth Akushika Acquah is an experienced Administrator, Human Resource Manager and an Entrepreneur. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management.
Prior to co-founding FCMS Consulting in 2017, she has had considerable experience in university administration, hotel management, insurance brokerage and entrepreneurship. Her main role is to liaise with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and efficiency at the workplace.
Elizabeth is currently the Training Coordinator at FCMS Consulting.
