James Ampah-Korsah is the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at FCMS Consulting. He is a Certified Management Systems Auditor (CMSA), MSECB Auditor, PECB Certified Trainer, and has specialized in a number of ISO Management Systems as Certified Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer and Lead Risk Manager. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies (Accounting) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) respectively.
Prior to co-founding FCMS Consulting in June 2017, James has had over two decades experience in auditing, financial management, digital transformation, risk management and consultancy.
His professional work over the years to date involves private organizations, oil and gas industry, NGOs, professional bodies, hospitality and tourism, government agencies and multinational corporations.
Elizabeth Akushika Acquah is an experienced Administrator, Human Resource Manager and an Entrepreneur. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management.
Prior to co-founding FCMS Consulting in 2017, she has had considerable experience in university administration, hotel management, insurance brokerage and entrepreneurship. Her main role is to liaise with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and efficiency at the workplace.
Elizabeth is currently the Training Coordinator at FCMS Consulting.
